What are the Different Styles of Folding Carton?

When it comes to transportation and packaging of a collection of products, folding carton boxes are the best and reliable one. It is available in many styles. • Rectangular sleeve

• Full flap automatic bottom

This is the best style of the heavier goods, especially those goods whose weight is centered at the central axis lengthwise. It is assembled completely by hand. This is nowadays used as the best alternative for the Crash Lock style.

• Stripper Lock Tray

It is assembled and sealed by machines and is a style from the tray category. It has a tuck and charlotte in the tray front and sides which are usually glued by adhesive or heated up to stick in.

• Rigid wall Tray

This is also from the tray category. As its name suggests, the rigid wall tray has its side edges infolded to make it rigid and conditioned to withstand the shaking and pressure exerted by the product preventing it from falling off from sides.

• Fliplock Tray

It is a great option in retail packaging as it is easy to seal and assemble. The thing is that it is sealed at an angle by using the right angle gluer or the timed straight line gluer.

• Frame View

Usually used for packing gadgets like laptops, mobile phones, etc. It has folded sides and a normal thick outer line. This forms the shape of a frame while providing the gadget with the best form of shock absorption and makes it less prone to damages. This can be used as a premium type of packaging.
